Honduras produces more coffee per capita than any other country, and has remained a key export, bolstered by the support of IHCAFE. Located in Erandique, near the Guatemalan border, Finca Bendición is managed by Aracely Martinez Gomez. Established in the 1990s, Aracely now cultivates IH90, Catuaí, and Catimor varieties. This is a red honey processed coffee, consisting of handpicking, fermenting, and sun-drying the coffee for 15 days.
