Pluma San Augustin Loxicha is produced in the Oaxaca region of Mexico by Calguera Gomez S.A. De C.V. and 37 surrounding family-owned farms. It’s processed using their own micro-mill, allowing for careful depulping, fermenting, and drying of the coffee. The Calguera Gomez company strives to organize and support producers with access to the best agricultural practices and consequently pay higher producers for better quality coffee production. We taste interesting notes of white grape, chocolate, and shortbread.
