This community lot was sourced from Invercafe LTDA, a dry miller and exporter in the town of Chinchiná. Invercafe was founded by Elmer and Juan Felipe Restrepo and has been operational for 25 years. In Colombia, smallholder farmers often rely on dry mills like Invercafe to collect their coffee for export, allowing for consistent harvesting and stable income. Tolima, in central-west Colombia, excels in coffee production.
