Grown by 742 smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s West Arsi zone, this washed coffee features varieties 74110 and 74112. Coffee cherries are hand-selected, fermented for 48–60 hours, and dried on raised beds for 7–10 days at the Refisa washing station. The result is a clean, bright cup with floral and fruity notes.
