Vietnam Dung K’no Anaerobic Natural

In Vietnam, 80% of coffee production is concentrated in the Central Highlands, with most Arabica coffee coming from Lam Dong province, home to the K’No people. The Dung K’No commune relies primarily on agriculture, with coffee farming being the main source of income. Coffee farming began here about 20 years ago on small plots of less than 2 hectares. Until 2017, most farmers had no formal training. That year, our partner organization started working with Dung K’No's coffee producers, recognizing the region's potential for quality coffee.
